Course Objective: This is a 1 week course in Training of Facilitators/Training of Trainers, programme managers, planners, and policy-makers. The course uses participatory, practical and experiential learning approaches to enable participants use their experiences and to understand the various concepts while constructing their own knowledge. The content equips organizational staff and their field trainers with the necessary skills to enable them to systematically identify training needs among their organization's beneficiary constituency.
