Course Objective: This is a 1 week course in Training of Facilitators/Training of Trainers, programme managers, planners, and policy-makers. The course uses participatory, practical and experiential learning approaches to enable participants use their experiences and to understand the various concepts while constructing their own knowledge. The content equips organizational staff and their field trainers with the necessary skills to enable them to systematically identify training needs among their organization's beneficiary constituency.

- Problem posing approach for adult learning
- Psychology of adult learning
- Planning and organizing training workshop
- Evaluating training events
- Developing a Training curriculum
- Methods of evaluating a training event
- Action planning in teams

Target Group: Our courses allow all staff namenefit from enhanced presentation skills. This course targets program managers, fundraising staff, Local government employees, Managers, department heads, team leaders and supervisors of NGOs, LNGOs, CBOs, FBOs, technical and academic team members.
