Organizational Development (OD)

Course Objective: To provide practical experience sharing and experiential learning on the organizational ethnic, features, growth and principles underlying the productivity of development organizations; and how such organizations can be re-aligned to focus on their mandate.

- Reviewing information systems
- Planning for OD: some preconditions to review
- Challenges of organizational development
- Determining the way forward with organizational development

Target Group: Project managers and coordinators, development workers/field workers, social workers, field animators, interns and development volunteers.
