Course Objective: This is a two phased training program. Each phase is a 5 day workshop meant to build the capacities of the participants towards promoting conflict resolution and peace initiatives among diverse communities and the people they serve. The training is expected to enhance their skills towards effective interactions with diverse community members within their constituencies.

- Communication skills for peace builders (the language of peace building)
- Role of peace builders / facilitators
- Monitoring and evaluating peace building initiatives
Target Group: This course targets program managers, fundraising staff, Local government employees, Managers, department heads, team leaders and supervisors of NGOs, LNGOs, CBOs, Church leaders, technical and academic team members.
